Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i), Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1 Tahun 1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Raja dalam Mesyuarat dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah seluas lebih kurang 66.31 ha. sk. yang terletak di Mukim Niyor, Daerah Kluang sebagaimana yang ditandakan dalam Pelan No. P.W. 2802 dan P.W. 2803 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor, di bawah seksyen 410 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], dijadikan kawasan Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Kampung Degong, Kluang. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malaysia Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1 of 1936], the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore with the approval of the Ruler-in-Council declares that the area of land comprising approximately 66.31 ha. sk. situated in the Mukim Niyor District Kluang, as delineated on Plan G.P. 2802 and G.P. 2803 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore, under section 410 of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], to be a Malay Reservations known as the Degong Village, Kluang.
