- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1 Tahun 1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor, dengan persetujuan Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah seluas lebih kurang 11446 ha. sk. yang terletak di Mukim Gemas, Daerah Segamat sebagaimana yang ditandakan dalam Pelan P.W. 2113, P.W. 2114, P.W. 2115, P.W. 2116, P.W. 2117, P.W. 2118 dan P.W. 2119 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Johor, di bawah seksyen 410 Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56/1965], dijadikan kawasan Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Simpanan Melayu Kawasan Penempatan Berkelompok Rancangan L.K.T.P. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1 of 1936], the Director of Lands and Mines, Johor, with the approval of His Royal Highness the Ruler-in-Council declares that area of land comprising approximately 11446 ha. sk. situated in the Mukim of Gemas, District of Segamat, as delineated on Plan G.P. 2113, G.P. 2114, G.P. 2115, G.P. 2116, G.P. 2117, G.P. 2118 and G.P. 2119 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Johor, under section 410 of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], to be a Malay Reservation area known as the Palong Timor Group Settlement Area Scheme Malay Reservation.
