Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan persetujuan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Akui No. PA. 15141 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian Perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan No. 4003 bertarikh 30 Jun 1922. 1hb Feb. 2001] 51

In exercise of the powers conferred by the subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated by grey broders in the Certified Plan No. CP 15141 which is deposited in the office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan shall cease to be part of the

Malay Reservation as published vide Gazette Notification No. 4003 dated 30 June 1922.

Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan kawasan seluas 5.5879 hektar

yang ditanda dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Warta No. PW

1559 No. Syit 91-B yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan,

Negeri Sembilan menjadi sebahagian Daerah Port Dickson.

Code, the State Authority declares the area of 5.5879 hectares delineated by grey borders in Gazette Plan No. PW 1559 Sheet No. 91-B which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be part of the District of Port Dickson.

Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan kawasan seluas 5.5879 hektar yang ditanda dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Warta No. PW

1558 No. Syit 91-B yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan,

Negeri Sembilan menjadi sebahagian Mukim Pasir Panjang.
