Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Kampung Jerlun, Mukim of Sayong, District of Kuala Kangsar, described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Sekolah

Agama Rakyat Ehsaniah and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Negeri Perak.

PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH

[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 140 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 22 Februari 1968, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tanah seluas yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai suatu rizab bagi maksud sebagai Padang Permainan yang diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Kuala Kangsar.

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut.

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tersebut seluas yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 140 published in the State of Perak Government

Gazzete on 2 Ferbruary 1968, notice was given of the intention to revoke part of the reservation of land to the extent described in the Schedule to be a reserve for the purpose Playground, to be maintained by the Kuala Kangsar

District Officer:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation has been received.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the part of the reservation of the land to the extent described in the Schedule.

The area of approximately 7.3347 acres in the Mukim of Chegar Galah, District of Kuala Kangsar outlined in grey on C.P. 28270 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping Perak.
