In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Sengat, Mukim of Sungai Raya, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Agriculture

Centre Complex and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the State of Perak Agriculture Department.

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak dalam Daerah Kuala Kangsar yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sistem dan Perkhidmatan

Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.
