Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Batu 2, Jalan Lintang, Mukim Sungai Siput, Daerah Kuala Kangsar yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kompleks Jabatan dan Penyelidikan Hutan dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perhutanan Negeri Perak. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Batu 2, Jalan Lintang, Mukim of Sungai Siput, District of Kuala Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Forestry Department and Research Complex and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the State of Perak Forestry Department.
