In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Air Papan, Mukim of Tanjung Tualang, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a grazing ground and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Director of Veterinary Services of Perak.

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Taman Sinaran, Mukim Gerik, Daerah Hulu Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Gerik.
