In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Baru Padang Grus, Mukim of Lenggong, District of Hulu Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for an open space and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Lenggong District Council.

Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh

Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.
