Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Air Jernih, Kampung Ulu Kendrong, Mukim Gerik, Daerah Hulu Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Wakaf Pondok Air Jernih, Kampung Ulu Kendrong dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan 'Adat Melayu Perak. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Air Jernih, Kampung Ulu Kendrong, Mukim of Gerik, District of

Hulu Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for

Wakaf Pondok Air Jernih, Kampung Ulu Kendrong and has designated that the Secretary State Executive Council shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam dan

‘Adat Melayu Perak.
