In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Kampung Matang Guntung, Mukim of Sungai Durian, District of

Lower Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a mosque and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam and ‘Adat Melayu Perak.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak dalam Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sistem Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.
