PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 893 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 30 Ogos 1979, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai suatu rizab bagi maksud sebagai Tanah Perkuburan Orang

Islam:

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan sebahagian daripada perizaban tersebut yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.
