In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Masjid Kampung Kayu Ara,

Mambau and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs

Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Kawasan Lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.
