In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Rukun Tetangga Zon 4 Commodities

Centre and designates that the District Officer of Seremban shall have control of the reserved land.

Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Surau dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.
