In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Bunga Raya, Mukim of Kota Lama Kiri, District of Kuala Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Sekolah Agama Rakyat and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam dan 'Adat Melayu Perak.

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Kamunting, Mukim Kamunting dan Asam

Kumbang, Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan perparitan dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Taiping.
