Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Jaya Setia, Mukim of Sungai Siput, District of

Kuala Kangsar described in the Schedule for a mosque and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Agama Islam dan 'Adat Melayu Perak.
