PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) dan 7(1) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) dan (3) Jadual masing-masing sebagai anggota dan anggota silih ganti Lembaga di bawah perenggan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4). Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 4(1) and 7(1) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister has appointed the persons named in columns (2) and (3) of the Schedule respectively as member and alternate member of the Board under the paragraph specified in column (1) for the period specified in column (4). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointments of Dato’ Haji Mad Zaidi bin Mohd Karli as a member of the Board and Encik Wan Ahmad Asmady bin Wan Md Din as his alternate member published in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members and Alternate Members of the Board [P.U.
