Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(e) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints the persons named in the First Schedule as members of the National Wages Consultative Council representing the employees for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 September 2017. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in the Second Schedule as members of the National Wages Consultative Council representing the employees in the notification of Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 387/2015] published in the Gazette on 30 September 2015 and the notification P.U. (B) 11 3 of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 126/2016] published in the Gazette on 25 March 2016 is revoked with effect from 1 January 2017.
