MENURUT subseksyen 6(1) Akta Persatuan Nelayan 1971 [Akta 44] dibaca bersama subseksyen 6(3), orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama hendaklah menjadi Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2). Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua sebagai Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2). Preamble

PURSUANT to subsection 6(1) of the Fishermen’s Associations Act 1971 [Act 44] read together with subsection 6(3), the persons named in column (1) of the First Schedule shall be the Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations with effect from the dates specified in column (2). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as the Registrar of Fishermens’s Associations are revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (2). P.U. (B) 161 3
