- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 21(1)(a) of the Malaysian Palm Oil Board Act 1998 [Act 582], the Board, with the approval of the Minister, has appointed the persons named in column (1) of the First Schedule as Deputy Directors General of the Board with effect from the date specified in column (2). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as Deputy Directors General of the Board as published in the Gazette specified in column (2) are revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (3).
