PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(2) Akta Setem 1949 [Akta 378], Menteri melantik pegawai yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama sebagai Timbalan Pemungut Duti Setem bagi maksud menjalankan peruntukan Akta itu bagi kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) Jadual Pertama. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Timbalan Pemungut Duti Setem di kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) adalah dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3)

APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF

DEPUTY COLLECTOR OF STAMP DUTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(2) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Minister appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the First Schedule as

Deputy Collector of Stamp Duties for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Act for the areas specified in column (1) with effect from the date specified in column (3)

of the First Schedule.

Revocation of appointment 2.

The appointment of Deputy Collector of Stamp Duties in the area specified in column (1) of the Second Schedule as published in the Gazette specified in column (2) is revoked with effect from the date specified in column (3)

of the Second Schedule.
