- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints

the persons named in the First Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from 1 April 2009; and
(b)
the persons named in the Second Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court for the period from 1 March 2015
to 31 August 2015.
