- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Seksyen 37, Bandar Alor Star (Asal Mukim Alor Malai), Daerah Kota Setar, dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 2796 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. Preamble
- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in Seksyen 37, Bandar Alor Star, (Formerly Mukim of Alor Malai), District of Kota Setar published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 2796 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Seksyen 37, Bandar Alor Star (Formerly Mukim Alor Malai). Daerah—Kota Setar. Hakmilik—GM. 2945 (Lot 3576). Keluasan—1.284 hektar.
