- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen 29 (Enakmen Simpanan Melayu 1930) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Bandar Padang Mat Sirat, Seksyen 004, Daerah Langkawi, Kedah Darul Aman, dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. P.W. 50870 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment 29 (Malay Reservations Enactment 1930) the Ruler in Council hereby revorks the declaration of Malay Reservation in Bandar Padang Mat Sirat, Seksyen 004, District of Langkawi, Kedah Darul Aman, published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as at relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delicated upon P.W. 50870 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Bandar—Padang Mat Sirat, Seksyen 004. Daerah—Langkawi. Hakmilik—G.M. 1449, Lot 30, Seksyen 4, P.W. 50870. Keluasan—3141 meter persegi.
