Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam G.M. 128 (Lot 661), Bandar Kuala Kedah (Asal G.M. 245 (Lot 661) WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 23hb Jun 2011] 971 Mukim Telok Kechai, Daerah Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman, dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. P.W. 3860 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in G.M. 128 (Lot 661), Bandar Kuala Kedah (Asal G.M. 245) (Lot 661) Mukim Telok Kechai, Daerah Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as at relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delicated upon P.W. 3860 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Bandar Kuala Kedah (Asal Mukim Telok Kechai). Daerah—Kota Setar. Hakmilik—G.M. 1288 (Lot 6859)—P.W. 3860 (Asal G.M. 245 (Lot 661). Keluasan—0.4625 hektar.
