- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 932 [11hb Sept. 2014 dalam Bandar Alor Setar, Daerah Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. P.W. 50249 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in Bandar Alor Setar, District of Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as at relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delicated upon P.W. 50249 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Bandar Alor Setar. Daerah—Kota Setar. Hakmilik—Dahulunya G.M. 10171 (Lot 6194) hingga G.M. 11606 (Lot 6202) dan tanah Kerajaan (Lot 6202) dan (Lot 6203). Keluasan—0.5344 hektar.
