Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i)(b), Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Raja dalam mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor, tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada tanah-tanah yang diisytiharkan sebagai Kawasan Rizab Melayu oleh Pemberitahuan Bil. 1252 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor pada 4 Disember 1986 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Kwasan Rizab Melayu.

WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b), of the Malay

Reservations Enactment 1936 the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore with the approval of the Ruler in Council declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Johore Government Gazette the holding described in the Schedule being part of the holdings declared as Malay Reservation by

Notification No. 1252 Published in the Johore Government Gazette on the 4

December 1986 shall cease to be a Malay Reservation.
