Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(b) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Mukim Derga, Daerah Kota Setar yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 1885 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in Mukim Derga, District of Kota Setar published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4th April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 1885 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kedah, Kulim. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Derga; Daerah—Kota Setar; Hakmilik—GM 2947 (Lot 129) dan GM 3331 (Lot 130); Keluasan—2.3092 Hektar. Bertarikh 5 Februari 2001. Dated 5 February 2001.
