Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang, mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 0.202 hektar, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3396 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Bukit Ubi menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 610 yang disiarkan pada 14 November 1921, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang, declares the land measuring an area of 0.202 hectare, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3396 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Bukit Ubi Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 610 published on the 14 November 1921, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
