- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3.837 ekar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 1456, Mukim Sungei Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. C.P. 24317 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Cherating menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7099 bertarikh 23 Oktober 1928, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 3.837 acres, known as Lot 1456, Mukim of Sungei Karang, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. C.P. 24317 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of the Cherating Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7099 on the dated 23 October 1928, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
