- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 5.756 ekar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 1448 dan seluas 7.869 ekar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 1449, Mukim Beserah, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur C.P. 16942 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Beserah menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 4945 yang disiarkan pada 7 Oktober 1921, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 5.756 acres, known as Lot 1448 and 7.869 acres, knowns as Lot 1449, Mukim of Beserah, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan C.P. 16942 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Beserah Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 4945 published on the 7 October 1921, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
