  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 11.20 hektar yang dikenali sebagai Lot 423 Seksyen 20, Bandar Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukiskan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3839 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kampung Lapang Besar menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 172 yang disiarkan pada 26 Februari 1987 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the State Authority, declares that the land measuring an area of 11.20 hectares, known as Lot 423, Section 20, Kuantan Town, District of Kuantan, which are delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3839 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which are forming part of the Kampung Lapang Besar Malay Reservation vide the Pahang States Government Gazette No. 172 published on the 26 February 1987, be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
