Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 20.22 hektar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 28195, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 126680 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Cherating menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7099 yang disiarkan pada 9 November 1928, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservation Enactment, the State Authority, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 20.22 hectares, known as Lot 28195, Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 126680 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Cherating Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7099 published on the 9 November 1928 be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
