- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 2.270 hektar (5.610 ekar) Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukis dan ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PW 3398 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Cherating menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7099 yang disiarkan pada 9 November 1928 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 2.270 hectares (5.610 acres) in the Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, as delineated and shown upon Survey Plan No. PW 3398, deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming parts of the Cherating Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7099 published on the 9th day of November 1928 be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
