- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang, dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 7764 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 147822, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 265400 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Paya Besar menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 654 yang disiarkan pada 3 Februari 1939, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang, with the approval of Ruler of the State in Council declares the land measuring an area of 7764 square metres, known as Lot 147822, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 265400 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Paya Besar Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 654 published on the 3 of February 1939, be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
