Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 0.4196 hektar yang dikenali sebagai Lot 7051, Mukim Tioman, Daerah Rompin yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 260799 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Tioman menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 1096 yang disiarkan pada 31 Mac 1916, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 0.4196 hectare, Mukim of Tioman, District of Rompin known as Lot 7051 as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 260799 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Tioman Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 1096 published on the 31 March 1916, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
