- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Seksyen 40 Bandar Alor Star (Asal Mukim Derga), Daerah Kota Setar, dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 3004 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in Seksyen 40 Bandar Alor Star (Fomerly know as Mukim of Derga), District of Kota Setar published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW 3004 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Seksyen 40 Bandar Alor Star (Asal Mukim Derga). Daerah—Kota Setar. Hakmilik—GM. 4398 (Lot 579) PW. 3004. Keluasan—0.9307 hektar.
