Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Bandar Kuala Kedah (asal Mukim Padang Lalang), Daerah Kota Setar, dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 3158 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman.

In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in Bandar Kuala Kedah (fomerly know as Mukim of Padang Lalang), District of Kota Setar, published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delicated upon Plan No. PW 3158 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Bandar Kuala Kedah (asal Mukim Padang Lalang). Daerah—Kota Setar. No. Hakmilik Keluasan GM. 1793 (Lot 1748) (asal GM. 324)
