- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(b) Enakmen No. 63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Seksyen 49 Bandar Alor Star (asal Mukim Pengkalan Kundor), Daerah Kota Setar, Kedah Darul Aman, dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW. 3235 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman.

- In exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 4(b) of Enactment No. 63 (Malay Reservations) the Ruler in Council hereby revokes the declaration of Malay Reservation in seksyen 49 Bandar Alor Star (before know as Mukim of Pengkalan Kundor), District of Kota Setar, State of Kedah Darul Aman, published in the Kedah Government Gazette No. 46 Volume 9 dated 4 April 1933 as Notification No. 1180 in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto and delineated upon Plan No. PW. 3235 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman. No. 24 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI KEDAH DARUL AMAN 838 [22hb Nov. 2007 JADUAL/SCHEDULE Mukim—Sekyen 49, Bandar Alor Star (asal Mukim Pengkalan Kundor). Daerah— Kota Setar. Hakmilik Keluasan GM. 7898 (Lot 5577) PW. 3235 1.290 hektar (Jadi Lot Baru 4035 & 4036)
