Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4(b) Enakmen No.63 (Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu) maka inilah Raja dalam Mesyuarat membatalkan pengisytiharan Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu di dalam Mukim Sungai Laka, Daerah Kubang Pasu yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Kedah No. 46 Jilid 9 bertarikh 4 April 1933 sebagai Kenyataan No. 1180 setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanah yang tersebut dalam Jadual di bawah ini dan dipetakan di atas Peta No. PW 1873 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Kedah, Kulim.
