Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 8.38 hektar dalam Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukis di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3541 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kuala Kuantan menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 4944 yang disiarkan pada 7 Oktober 1921 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 8.38 hectares in the Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, which WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [3hb Jun 2004 538 is delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3541 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Kuala Kuantan Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 4944 published on the 7 October 1921 be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
