Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 0.202 hektar, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukiskan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PW 3396 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Bukit Ubi menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 610 yang disiarkan pada 22 Oktober 1981 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 0.202 hectares, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan, which is delineated upon Survey Plan No. PW 3396 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Bukit Ubi Malay Reservation vide the Pahang Malay State Government Gazette No. 610 published on the 22 October 1981 be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
