  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Kwak - Lapang Ninering mengikut Pemberitahuan No. 7546 yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu bertarikh 31 Oktober 1924 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Tanah Rizab Melayu itu. In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the Ruler of the State in Council hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Kwak - Lapang Ninering

Malay Reservation vide Notification No. 7546 published in the Federated Malay

States Government Gazette dated 31 October 1924 shall cease to be part of the Malay Reservation.
