  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Behrang melalui Pemberitahuan Bil. 1741 yang disiarkan pada 5 Jun 1914 dalam Warta Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti menjadi Rizab Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government

Gazette of Perak, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Behrang Malay Reservation vide Notification No. 1741 published on 5 June 1914 in the Federated Malay States Gazette shall cease to be a

Malay Reservation.
