Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142] Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Kampung Buaia melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1429 yang disiarkan pada 22 Mac 1935 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government of Perak Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Kampung

Buaia Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 1429 published on 22 March 1935

in the Federated Malay States Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reservation.

Jadual

The area of approximately 3.86 acres in the Mukim of Kampung Buaia, District of Kuala Kangsar outlined in grey on P.W. 1896 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
