Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh Perenggan 4 (i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan pengisytiharan kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Kampong Gajah melalui Pemberitahuan No. 4721 yang disiarkan pada 19hb Jun 1930 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu dan kawasan tersebut hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Rizab Melayu.

Kawasan seluas lebih kurang 3 ekar (1.0004 hektar) dalam Mukim Kampong

Gajah, Daerah Perak Tengah bergaris tepi warna kelabu pada P.A. 72991 yang tersimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur Perak.

PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE KAMPONG GAJAH MALAY RESERVATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak with the approval of

State Authority hereby revokes the declaration that the area described in the

Schedule, being part of the area declared as Kampong Gajah Malay Reservation vide notification No. 4721 published on 19th June 1930 in the Federated Malay

States Government Gazette and the area shall cease to be a Malay Reservation.

Jadual

An area approximately 3 acre (1.0004 hectare) in the Mukim Kg. Gajah District of Perak Tengah outlined in grey on P.A. 72991 deposited in the office of

Director of Survey, Perak.
