Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142] Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Lenggong melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1739 yang disiarkan pada 5 Jun 1914 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government of Perak Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Lenggong

Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 1739 published on 5 June 1914 in the

Federated Malay States Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay

Reservation.

The area of approximately 2.428 hectares in the Mukim of Lenggong, District of Hulu Perak outlined in grey on P.W. 1895 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Taman Sri Matang, Mukim Sungai Limau, Daerah Larut,

Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan

Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.
