Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Pundut melalui Pemberitahuan No. 737 yang disiarkan pada 20 Julai 1989 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu itu.1178

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, with the approval of the State Authority, hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Pundut

Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 737 published on 20 July 1989 in the

Perak Government Gazette shall ceased to be part of the Malay Reserve.

PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TAPAK BAGI MAKSUD PEJABAT KECIL

REVOCATIONS OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR A PURPOSE OF SUB-OFFICE

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 784 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 12 April 2012, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak rizab bagi maksud kegunaan awam iaitu sebagai tapak untuk

Pejabat Kecil Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh yang diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Bandaraya

Ipoh.

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk pembatalan perizaban tersebut.

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56, tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tersebut seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas by Notification No. 784 published in the Perak Government Gazette on the 12 April 2012 notice was given on the intention to revoke the reservation of the aforesaid land described in the Schedule for the purpose of public purpose, namely as the site for Sub-Office for Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh to be maintained by the Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh.

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received.
