  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengistiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Sitiawan mengikut Pemberitahuan No. 488 yang telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu Perak bertarikh 17 Januari 1930 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu itu.

PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE SITIAWAN MALAY RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the Ruler of the State Council hereby declares that with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Perak

Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Sitiawan Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 488 published in the Federated Malay State Government Gazette on 17 January 1930 shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.
