Perak Darul Ridzuan partial revocation of the telok dalam malay reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 (i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government

Gazette of Perak, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Telok Dalam Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 456 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 27 April 1995 shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

The land of 5.118 hectares (12.66 acres) in Mukim of Lumut, District of

Manjung outlined in grey on P.W. 4010 deposited in the Office Director of

Survey and Mapping, Perak.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Mukim Belanja, Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam

Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Batu Gajah.

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Belanja, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for open space and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Batu Gajah District Council.

Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Surau dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 371 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 5 Februari 2015, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk perkuburan bagi Masyarakat Tamil Ipoh;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri di bawah subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah tersebut yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas by Notification No. 371 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 5 February 2015, notice was given of the intention to partially revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as a site for the purpose of a burial ground for the Tamil

Community of Ipoh;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land as described in the Schedule.
