PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE TELOK SENANGIN MALAY RESERVATIONS

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4 (i) (b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment (F.M.S. Cap 142), the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Telok Senangin

Malay Reservation vide Notification No. 1691 published in the Perak Goverment

Gazette on 2 August 1990 shall ceased to be part of the a Malay Reserve.

The land of 14.67 hectares (36.25 acres) in the Mukim of Lumut District of

Manjung outlined in grey on D.W 630 deposited in the Office Director of

Survey and Mapping, Perak.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara

[Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Jalan Beruas, Mukim Sitiawan, Daerah Manjung yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuarters

Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Daerah Manjung No. 1, 2 dan 3 Kelas C dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Perak.

[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1599 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 16 Ogos 2012, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak Kuarters Kerajaan;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56, tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 1599 published in the State of Perak Government

Gazette on 16 August 2012, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for Government

Quarters;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
